Warranty:
OEM Air Compressor Corporation continues to lead the replacement parts industry by offering one of the best warranty’s in the business. ONE FULL YEAR or 8000 Hours, whichever occurs first.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that OEM brand parts are the same as the parts you get from the OEMs. The box will be different and the paint may be a different color, but the parts are the same.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that OEM brand parts will be completely compatible with your compressor(s) and will perform as originally designed.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that OEM brand parts will be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that you will be 100% satisfied with the performance of OEM brand parts so long as the product was used in accordance with the operating instructions of the manufacturer of the equipment, including preventive maintenance tasks.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that OEM parts will meet all applicable performance specifications and criteria for the applicable type of part.
IF IT IS NOT RIGHT, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.
This warranty does not (and should not be expected to) cover issues related to misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. It is a fact that some parts are not designed to last for one year. If the part is defective, we will take care of it.
In the event that an OEM Air Compressor part is found to be defective, please notify OEM Air Compressor as soon as possible so that we can take steps to replace the part. OEM Air Compressor's sole responsibility will be to replace or repair the part in question and to compensate you for reasonable labor charges for your employees to replace the part. OEM Air Compressor will issue a Credit, for the agreed upon amount, to cover such labor costs. OEM Air Compressor will not be (and should not be) liable for consequential, incidental damages, or punitive damages. In the event of a defective part, please notify us within thirty (30) days at:

Lubricant Warranty
OEM Air Compressor warrants that its lubricant will be completely compatible with the OEM products it is intended to replace.
OEM Air Compressor warrants that its lubricants have been tested for complete compatibility with all appropriate materials, including Seals and Hoses, and that our lubricants will not cause damage to these parts or other parts of normal air systems under normal and reasonable operating conditions.
OEM Air Compressor, Inc. warrants that its lubricants (the "product") meet the standards and specifications set forth on the Product, the packaging of the product, and the product data sheets, and in the event that the product fails to conform with this warranty, OEM Air Compressor shall be responsible for the reasonable costs of repairs for all damages which are directly caused by such failure provided the following steps are performed: Air/Oil Separator Elements Warranty
OEM Air Compressor, Inc. continues to lead the air compressor parts industry by offering one of the best warranty’s in the industry, for all brands, of Air / Oil Separators...ONE FULL YEAR or 8000 Hours, whichever occurs first.*** We not only promise that our Separators are the same quality as those from the OEMs, but that they are also the best value for your company. We are so confident in the quality of our Separators that we include in our Warranty, replacement of the LOSS OF COMPRESSOR LUBRICANT that may result in case of a defective Separator.
OEM Air Compressor will warranty all Genuine OEM Air Compressor Separator Elements to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. This warranty covers the reasonable costs of customer's labor, for the replacement of any defective separator.* OEM Air Compressor Corp. will supply the replacement separator and pay the shipping cost for the return of the defective separator.**
OEM Air Compressor will supply REPLACEMENT LUBRICANT, in order to replenish any lubricant that was lost as a result of a defective OEM Air Compressor Separator. In order to keep the amount of replacement lubricant to a reasonable amount, OEM Air Compressor will limit the amount of replacement lubricant to 60% of the compressor's sump capacity.
This warranty does not (and should not be expected to) cover misuse, negligence or contamination of the Separator media or a high "delta D P" across the Separator, caused by contamination. As is standard, OEM Air Compressor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
